An Altar of Fire and Glory is where you experience true intimacy with God.
This is guaranteed when God takes you through a desert time of experiencing the cross. When you experience God’s love, you understand and know the mutual secrets that only the Lover and His beloved can share. The more love you have within you, the lower the old nature sinks.
When you allow yourself to sink under the weight of the cross and to bear humiliation and suffering, then you get purified and ready for His glory.
The outpouring of God reaches and fills you to the same degree that you are emptied of self.
Those who pass through a furnace of trials and suffering with Christ are prepared to wear the white robes of Glory. The more readily you yield to Him, the easier it will be to know His ways.
As you advance in God, your self-nature decreases for His fullness. Death of self is the quenching of your will and turning on to the will of God. When the self-nature has been conquered through perseverance, you will find yourself in the abundant waters of supernatural grace where union with God begins.
The greater your humility and sense of nothingness, the more God will use you to accomplish His highest works. Purity comes from entirely separating from self and reuniting with God.
In this state of entire self distrust and humiliation, your words will be clothed with power and glory. When you are fully crucified with Christ, you glory only in the Lord and speak of yourself with objectivity as if speaking of someone else. Seek to be a clean vessel, pure and transparent for God to use. Only then will you be able to bear the burden of others.
Altar of Fire and Glory is a ministry of prayer and intercession for all nations. It is a ministry ordained by God to establish prayer altars of revival around the world.
